Your first call is a chance to talk with someone who truly listens. We’ll ask about what’s been going on, answer your questions, and help you think through next steps. This conversation helps us understand your needs and explore whether Brighten Bay is the right fit. We’re here 24/7, whenever you’re ready.
Our team will guide you through our inpatient treatment programs and verify your insurance benefits. We take the time to explain what’s covered, what to expect, and how we can make care as accessible as possible. Our goal is to remove uncertainty and help you feel informed, not overwhelmed.
Arriving at Brighten Bay marks the start of focused care. Once paperwork is complete, you’ll be welcomed into our space and introduced to your support team. A thorough medical and mental health assessment helps us understand where you are, allowing us to create a personalized treatment plan.
Step into care feeling seen and informed.
Choosing the right program can make all the difference in a healing journey. Family support can be a powerful part of recovery. We offer family therapy to reopen lines of communication, rebuild trust, and increase empathy. When a patient knows they have a safe place to land after treatment, their chances of a successful recovery increase. We work closely with the family unit to support everyone’s healing.
Inpatient treatment for mental health and eating disorders can last anywhere from 30 to 90 days. The average treatment program is 35 days long. This time allows patients to decompress, build trust with their care team, and explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in depth.
Our comprehensive approach ensures that complex mental health and eating disorders get the attention they deserve, helping patients reenter daily life with clarity and confidence.
We aim to make care as accessible as possible. Brighten Bay accepts most major insurance providers, and our admissions team will help verify your benefits to maximize coverage.
